Opting out may result in missed alerts of various monitored services, such as Server health alerts.

The frequency of text alerts will vary depending on the nature of the service and your specific engagement with TSOG. We will make reasonable efforts to limit the number of text messages sent to you.

You have the option to opt out of receiving text alerts at any time. To do so, simply reply with the word “STOP” to the text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive automated text alerts from TSOG.
